Morgan County recently replaced two bridges totaling $5.3M of improvements funded through the ATRIP program. The first project was to replace a 300′ concrete and steel bridge with a 340′ ASASHTO girder bridge on Danville Road. This structure serves approximately 3,500 vehicles per day.
The second project replaced a 400′ reinforced concrete bridge with an AASHTO girder bridge on Kirby Bridge Road. This structure serves approximately 2,500 vehicles per day.
